Background and Meaning of Launching the Digital Art Education in Primary Schools and Junior/Senior Middle Schools

Nearly every child likes drawing. Although not all of them can do it well, they still like drawing because it is a way to express their feelings. Information technology has been widely used in art and creative work in the developed countries while it is still in an initial stage in China. It is fair to say that there is a gap between the basic education and the need of higher education.
